This is a perfect lie because no doctor will come out and say they worked on her.
Her current appearance came from no mortal doctor's hands, it's pure evil oozing out and taking shape, her final form is going to be some Moai easter-island-looking monolith that villagers will have to sacrifice babies to every year to guarantee safety from the creeping mist that pours from her mouth-cavern every full moon.
She's an entire season of Nip/Tuck.
