How are they going to stop people from using international sites and VPNs?

I know, what if we set up one big giant firewall to block anything objectionable! It could monitor traffic for the whole nation! Make Access Gated Again!

My problem with these measures is that none of them make the internet Chinese enough. I want a total crackdown on Silicon Valley and separation of all minors from the adult internet, with only educational content available. It would be part of the wider program to rebuild the USA's skilled industrial labor force. I am the only person in the country with the wherewithal to become climate internet Stalin.
