The Ottawa Citizen is American owned media pretending to be Canadian, infiltrating Canadian culture and politics.
That may be.
However David Pugliese is an outstanding investigative journalist, and this story shows how our military and their contractors are more interested in covering their asses than acknowledging a victim.
