Fuck you you genocidal prick. Substituting genocide for "x" is disgusting. It's not "oh there's just this one bad thing". It's genocide. It's literally the worst possible thing you can do on this planet. And you're saying other people have an idealised moral high ground because they think GENOCIDE is something that should never be done.
Right, the person complaining about there being more genocide means they.... want genocide? What a useful thought terminating cliche you have there that gives you an excuse to avoid questioning if your own actions could have been better.

The entire world isn't genocide. If, for example, there isn't a genocide happening in England, and one starts in England, that would be more genocide than what is currently happening in the world. Seeing that and saying "the exact same amount of genocide is happening" just makes you sound like a fucking idiot.
The genocide that happened under Biden is the same one happening under Trump. Saying "but Trump will do more genocide" makes you sound like a fucking idiot.
And saying "Not voting for someone who refuses to speak out on x is having an idealised moral high ground" when the x in question is a genocide makes you a genocide belittling prick.

You cut off the rest of the sentence: "When the alternative will only result in more." Your problem is you fail at context, everything exists in a vacuum and has no affect on anything else.
