The joke is about how many variations on pronouncing the name "Euler" there are (Ew-leer, Oiler, Yoy-lir, etc), via a key and peel sketch about alternate pronunciations of common names.
Pretty much one of the best sketches they did.
It was so good he got hired to do a Paramount commercial about it and according to an interview people on the street would yell out "AY AY RON" when they see him.
Luckily there’s a support group for all the Ay-Ay-Rons and Dee-Nices out there
