If I remember, you couldn't skip in the start. Remember seeing a patch note about how you are allowed to skip it now, but its hard to find.
This one is easy because it used to be top of all time
Yeah they updated the steam deck after that post that would allow skipping the startup animation
At least it has volume and everything. Imagine if it really was a GIF without sound. A bit harder to enjoy.
