What's a good adhesive for both fish and metal?
Superglue in keyholes is a pretty tried and true method.
Although, possibly outdated... 100% of cars nowadays have a remote fob: unsure if that negates it, or if enough of the internal mechanisms get jammed up that it's still effective.
slash the tires? seems to be old and effective.
You can grab a valve stem puller tool for a couple bucks that deflates a tire quick.
I hear it's crazy difficult to put out a tire fire.
