Poland’s Ministry of Digital Affairs is working on legislation that could require all government bodies to provide RSS or Atom channels on their websites. If adopted, the regulation would place Poland among the first EU countries to introduce such a legal mandate.

Nice! I wish job and flat markets were required to provide updates via RSS, instead of the stupid html-only email-newsletter.

While not directly related to RSS, Polish Central Bank provides currency rates for most popular currencies via XML (it's in Polish, I was unable to find instructions in English). I think this may suffice.
