You know they tube feed patients in comas, right? The patient presumably didn't give consent, and yet I'm pretty sure that's legal. Doesn't even have to be a "too much junk food" coma.

Its been a thing for over 1000 years
And that was voluntary… humans can survive for months without food provided they got fat enough.
It’s healthy too. Just dont, if youre pregnant, a child, under nourished, under weight, sick etc etc
And during a fast… feel bad? Just eat
I once didn't eat for 14 days. Honestly it wasn't that bad.
Disclaimer: I was/am obese and had fat for it. And took some salts/vitamins. But no calories. I don't recommend it. Such behavior can easily cause/worsen eating disorders. Seek medical advice.
Well voluntary is a stretch. When you look at the timing it is usually done when food was getting scarce in, or after winter.

Or move to rural Britain. Food so gross you'd rather starve.
There's a lot of people in here talking about fitness, fasting, etc. but it really just comes down to calories in, calories out.
You have to acknowledge what you're eating and what it does to your body. Calling out yourself, and the foods you eat.
All you need is:
- How many calories in a serving
- How big is a serving
- How many calories can I have today
- Self control
- Water

I feel like a lot of people who are addicted to food don't have much else in their life to keep them excited.
It's like any addiction really, easy to slip into even if everything is fine, and when 1 thing goes wrong you turn to it. It literally makes you feel better in the short term and your brain tells you to do it.
