Yeah i think a lot of countries, especially middle powers like Canada, hadn't thought that we'd retreat from a rules based international order so easily. Now everyone is scrambling to porcupine their countries to dissuade great military powers from adventurism. Everyone worked so hard on nuclear disarmament but now that could ironically be our downfall.

It's okay! We still have most of the uranium and our reactors make plutonium as a by-product. We don't need to stock nuclear cakes when the pantry is overflowing and the oven is pre-heated.
