@along_the_road it would be an interesting business case to read. This of course makes several assumptions about there being a business case, that the BC is scrutinised by people who can objectively read BCs, that the BC authors can write BCs.. OK, I admit to taking the view that intelligence (both cognitive intent and data driven Intel) are lacking.
