like i am just genuinely terrified of what’s occurring, everything trump is doing all feels unstoppable and like we can do nothing. every appeals court standing up to trump just gets declined by scotus 6-3, everything impeachable the guy does just gets ignored, maga is straight up wanting leftist blood, and pam bondi basically said we don’t have free speech anymore. i’m terrified and barely able to function at this point. i live in a blue state (new mexico) which people keep telling me will probably keep me safer than others but look at what’s happening in chicago right now. how do you guys stay hopeful because im having a hard time

No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against that power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand. They learned this lesson once. We will teach it to them again.
