Well....the vast majority of Tesla owners come from California! You also see that the other states with high ownership are blue states that usually follow California's step.

I just read that it’s only going to proceed with Tesla owners who:

  • purchased FSD packages between October 2016 and May 2017
  • opted out of Tesla’s arbitration agreement between 2017 and mid-2024

That’s not very many people.
