They fixed it using other natural ways in order to ensure that this issue gets fixed (probably missing Vitamin B1 from what I could gather, so they got it back).

Not all doctors are evil, but the highest administrators are 100% corrupt, if not downright evil. They're basically witches and warlocks in lab coats.
