I always keep at least a leg outside the covers, no matter how cold it is. I couldn't bear to be completely covered, I get too hot. Under normal conditions I don't use covers at all.
As do I.
Also I will rub BBQ sauce onto the parts of my body that I keep uncovered. It helps with the heat transfer.

It's a mustard based BBQ that is a crime of the highest order.
I thought you were going to say it was a BBQ sauce spiced with Carolina Reapers. In which case, avoid using heavy amounts in groin area and sleep with goggles on. Maybe even tie your hands up so you don't scratch anywhere in your sleep.
fuck bbq sauce it's overrated anyway. gimme a dry rub any day (wink wink nudge nudge it's all the same to a blind wombat)
