Ig it's memetic in the literal sense of this is the smallest possible unit of culture to convey the info. But yeah it's not really funny it's just news (good news ofc but news nonetheless).
Is the death penalty for belief really good news though?
(seeing as this is most likely "fake news", except that DPRK does not recognize Isn'trael) if the belief in question is an old-school fanatical and extremist fascism, which uses state-religion as a tool and calls for the extermination of the wrong-coloured? Yes, for such a belief I view the death penalty (in many cases) as good news. The intolerant shouldn't be tolerated.

Indeed, and the education system globally should go through many updates. I don't think that's gonna happen under capitalism, and neither is the dismantling of the zionist state.
