A couple of mine love the carrier, until you're out at the car. Then you're killing them, according to how loudly they cry about it. Carrying them around the house in it? No problem.
I do not understand what goes through their tiny brains.
Like all right thinking beings they hate what cars have done to our planet and society
Cat mod at c/fuckcars
One of ours loves the carrier and car rides too. She will immediatelly get into carrier when she finds it open on the floor.
It's not until she ends up at the vet office that she gets upset and goes into ball of fury mode.
Cats eyes see motion much better than still things. In a car, everything is moving. Brain overload?
I leave my carriers out, open, and as part of their tunnel system (I sometimes put the ends of crinkly tubes into the carriers to make an end play point).
So my cats actually enjoy their carriers. I don’t even have to shove them in, just put in a couple treats and since they are used to being in it, zip it peacefully behind them.
Can be used in philosophy classes to illustrate the concept of "free will."
I'ma start a business manufacturing cat carriers that look like cardboard boxes.
I had one before so they exist
