Well....the vast majority of Tesla owners come from California! You also see that the other states with high ownership are blue states that usually follow California's step.

I just read that it’s only going to proceed with Tesla owners who:
- purchased FSD packages between October 2016 and May 2017
- opted out of Tesla’s arbitration agreement between 2017 and mid-2024
That’s not very many people.
How about the FTC or someone do something about the blatant false advertising they've been doing over the last 10 years instead of just waiting for someone to sue them!? Fuck, just do your damn jobs.
