Or obsessed with fat, and unable to cope with society being convinced that the "I'm about 5 seconds away from dying of teburculosis" look is the only way to be hot for women.
Like, especially with them specifying chubby... Chubby girls are cute and way more snuggleable.
Nobody goes on a tirade against something like this without being obsessed
