Me and the Union guys can renovate that office building into apartments, with a hydroponics farm in the basement, space for a doctor's office, maybe a makerspace and a few resident-centric server racks.
They've got... Dustbowls incoming and ammo stockpikes that may or may not wither during one hunting season or another.
Except we're talking about the homeless. And that's not just veterans.
I wish it were that simple. But they passed that budget for ICE already, which funds them all year.
