The trees look blurry outside, suggesting the car is in motion. Not only is it reckless driving, taking pictures whilst driving, it's really bad animal care not having the dog strapped in during the ride.

No one who's actually used Grindr likes that app. It sucks, and not in a good way. It fills its niche, but it is a horrible app and gets worse and worse with every update.
