Well, if we assume American-Chinese foods are based upon what's available to make authentic dishes, then Chine-Mex is the equivalent for South US(border region mostly) and Mexico. Stuff like cilantro in egg rolls or avocado fried rice! Also, limiting the sale of anything creates a perceived scarcity, which also can tend to increase sales. It appears that's already playing in their favor as well.
I'm pretty sure he actually can stand up though, on the night of November 15, 2024 it appears that he did even if only for a few seconds.
