It's all about marketing, thinking Ticketmaster said to themselves, if these scalpers are making so much money, we're missing out on profit, the crackdown on scalpers is probably more about trying to capture lost revenue. Hi, my first post on this site. :P
Even just a small fine would go a long way, it's just a very difficult policy to market to the general public.
