Not really... How can it be mysogynistic if there is no difference among genders/sex? There is for "pussy", because it only exists for the female organ, but not in this case. It may be tasteless in your opinion, but if the fact that it's the female or the male organ doesn't change the meaning, it is, by definition, not mysogynistic/sexist.

It's actually pretty unbelievable. I've met people who look aloke before, but this is pretty astonishing. I'm not familiar with either of them, but IIRC one of them is a singer IRL today and the other was an actress that acted like she was a singer, so I guess coincidences do happen...
