That's just mean.
I could see a "Don't touch that machine, it's filthy" (because it probably is covered in smoke and tobacco).
But it should have been clear a 5 year old wasn't trying to get cigarettes to smoke, and even if you wanted to take that time to go off on the evils of tobacco and smoking (which is fair enough, even without the religious connection) you don't need to pair it with physical abuse.
I really wanted to be able to pull out those knobs. No interest in the cigarettes but the machines looked so cool
The confirmation process I went through included some discussion of other flavors of Christianity. It started putting some ideas in my head that eventually led to dropping the faith entirely.

I understand the idea of waiting till someone understands what is going on and can make a choice before someone is baptized.
But 6 isn't that age. A 6 year old is just going to believe what their parents tell them and isn't old enough to understand this choice. Might as well just do infant baptism.
We went through a confirmation process at 17 or 18. Much better way to accept and acknowledge your religion.

I don't have a tiktok and I think I deleted my Instagram because I never use it and they were sending me email. I'm betting those aren't the only two services they ask about. You could enter None for each but seems like if they're asking for these, they're going to take a lack of answers as a strike against you and probably reject the application.
