If it did, I might be more comfortable referring to trans people who have undergone such an operation as their adopted sex.
But it HAS to not be forced. That is NON NEGOTIABLE.

@jordanlund I don't think hormones can change your species. They would be much better at changing sex but I don't think we have the technology to fully change sex yet.
Hormone therapy just changes your appearance IIRC. It can't give you a functional womb, ovaries, or testes. And it can't make you produce functional opposite sized gametes.

@jordanlund @btaf45 A woman *is* an adult human female. If you claim otherwise, you are - at best - twisting language.
This is not the same as throwing a banana at a black person as it does not promote stereotypes.
"You are not a woman" is not hate speech, because no one thinks men are inferior to women. "You are a monkey" usually is, because humans are - whether rightly or wrongly - generally considered superior to non-human animals.
