Why the hell should we bring over people from half way across the world to serve shitty coffee and crappy food? Canadians WILL work these jobs if you pay them enough. If you can't pay the people that already live here a decent wage then shut down. The fact they feel they have to bring in people from India and pay them shit shouldn't be tolerated.
Manwin is based out of Montreal, i.e. Pornhub. I can't see this passing. Canada is quite literally the porn capital of the world, trust me I know I worked for 3 separate porn companies here in Canada. I just don't see it happening.

depending on the chromebook sometimes it's just not worth the struggle. you have the limited storage space, you potentially have quirks if the chromebook is one of those that can also be flipped around and used as a tablet. I had one and getting the screen rotation to work was a nightmare. The one I got linux on all it could really do is use a terminal and surf the web/potentially stream stuff but that's about it.

sure. Based on ALL the youtube vids from India of unlocking phones or bypassing FRPs, etc I imagine it won't be long before you start seeing videos from India on how to easily bypass this.
I mean some of those FRP videos are wild with the steps they go through to unlock an Android phone.

yeah for iOS ply:sub is the way to go. my friends and family who use my Navidrome server and have iphones all use ply:sub. Android friends use Symfonium.

already support Canadian artists and have for awhile. Matthew Good, Alexisonfire, Silverstein, Our Lady Peace, Rush, the hip, Alice Glass, Cancer Bats, etc, etc, etc.
I mean for rock it's not hard, so many great Canadian artists and bands. Not sure what it's like for other genres but I've never had any issues listening to Canadian acts.

I agree with you but lets be fair here prices are going to go up regardless. in fact they have gone up regardless of the fact the majority of fast food places are now run by TFWs. But I feel like it's either one excuse over another "prices have gone up because you won't allow us to use TFWs" or "prices have gone up because of something else even though every store is now 100% TFW."
