Leftists be like: “If you’re anything less than perfect, I don’t want you on my side”
Fascists be like: “I don’t care what you do, as long as you’re on my side”
This defines conservatism. Ingroup loyalty is the only force in their moral universe.
It's all they think you're doing. It's all they think there is.
But also even if you're on my side, you will be consumed at my whim
Leftists be like: "I want to make the world a better place"
Fascists be like "I don't care what you do as long as I get to turn on the torment nexus"
People claiming to be leftists will impugn false beliefs on you any chance they get. You can be totally perfect and still be drummed out of the corp.
The so-called left is fucked, much by Design, and controlled by the right.
If you are speaking about US politics you are correct. There has not been a left since McCarthyism when the government purged all the leftist.
We have a right and a far right.
