They hire smart people to run the risk reward analysis. If you reduce the payout, they'll place smaller bets.

Yeah, there's too many immature people who won't work as part of a team, and instead will only help if their personal actions have huge solo effects. If you people would grow up and help out, we could actually get stuff done, but instead you just complain and seek comfort
