US cities to resist Trump’s crackdown on dissent with No Kings protests: ‘We will not be bullied’

The only point is to demonstrate power in numbers. MAGA demands that the citizens be weak and compliant. No Kings demonstrate that MOST of the country will NEVER accept that.
It takes about 3.5% of the population to reach a Tipping Point, and launch a trend that will cause change. In America, that's about 12.5 million people. The last No Kings protest drew about half of that, enough to make MAGA nervous, especially when you figure that there are a LOT of No Kings sympathizers who didn't go out and march (something we forget, but MAGA does not). I'm fact, it is probably a very safe assumption that there were a LOT more No Kings sympathizers at home than there were at the marches, probably several times more.
Now they are expecting a significant increase in participation, and MAGA is getting really scared. That's why they are claiming it will be violent, so they can justify violent military/ law enforcement intervention, and hope that the threats will suppress participation. Like most MAGA ideas, it's a very bad one, and it is only making people more determined to confront them.
The closer No Kings gets to the magical 3.5%, with the massive unknown number of supporters at home, the more worried MAGA will get that we will all see how badly outnumbered they are, both idealogically and physically. They know that once that happens, we collectively lose our fear of them, and that's when they all end up in prison, or worse. We are already very close.
Worse for MAGA, is the fact that their supporters tend to be very cowardly, so much that they elected a corrupt pedophile traitor to protect them from the evil Liberals that their Conservative Propaganda Machine convinced them are hiding around every corner ready to jump out and force their children to turn trans. When those people see that MAGA isn't as big and tough and all-powerful like they thought, when they see incredible numbers of protesters across the nation, even in Red States, they will understand how strong the opposition is, and some may opt out of the MAGA protection once they realize that MAGA is eventually going down, and taking everybody with it. Better to be a rat jumping ship than trying to navigate a post-MAGA nation with the stench of MAGA emanating from you.
They are already actively gaming the election process in multiple ways, taking away any hope of a revolution at the ballot box. As Thomas Jefferson once said: "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable."
No Kings is our warning shot across their bow.
WAY to much to unpack here... ok, so the "no kings" protest aren't explicitly communist, but they are supported by the "Communist Party USA" and "the young Communist league of New york" and others. These folks dont even deny being Communist... no the "no kings" movement is very anti-american and they dont deny it at all. No, no one will actually take the "no kings" protest seriously because all you people want to do is tear down America, in your own words. Am I wrong? You hate america. Im only repeating what ive heard yall say, you think America is trash and most Americans are trash. You think the system is so messed up that it all needs to be torn down and rebuilt...? Does that sound right?

I'd say I don't care what some MAGA thinks, but MAGAs aren't capable of intellectual thought, as your post clearly demonstrates. Communists? Please, what century is this? There are no fucking Communists anywhere in the world. Even the countries that claim to be Communist, aren't really Communist. That's a dead ideology that only exists in the empty minds of MAGAs, so they can have another imaginary enemy to get outraged about.

You're right, I have never heard the "good side" say America is trash or shit talk about America. Ive heard 1st hand from my democrat friends talk major shit about how America is shit and we need revolution and promoting assassinations and shit, thats what I hear from my friends that vote democrat, thats only my personal first hand experience though.
Really? Do you believe we should deport illegal immigrants? Democrats are not the ones renegotiating trade deals, having strict immigration control. Foreign policy emphasizing priority to the U.S. interests and reducing foreign aid. No... that is the America first policy that is currently happening by the right, not left...
