This is it exactly. More and more he's sounding like the Trump we heard from January 2nd, 2021 asking Brad Raffensperger to "find" exactly the amount of votes needed to overturn the Georgia election results.

To the public that's true, but in court they send some poor sucker out to argue the dumbest spaghetti on the wall points ever only to be consistently admonished for saying things that imply they have no clue what the law is.

Lots of the point is in the public though, they quietly lose constantly, and to the extent the court proceedings matter it's akin to SLAPP suits.

The dainty Lindsey "States rights" Graham is mad that local police officers aren't involuntarily deputized ICE officers.

 
 
 

Glad they're taking off the gloves a little, but it's always been a non-option to just make our lives significantly and irrevocably better like M4A or the PRO act and although they're good at trying and failing, they never talk about the consequences as dire as they actually are with few exceptions.
