Hm, good thing no Democrat judge ever did something like outright stating they're taking a side and ignoring the law, and also put in their opinion that their ruling won't stand without law changes.
Read the room and shut the fuck up you creep
If you want a perfect circlejerk and never to hear why youre wrong, I recommend going back to Reddit. You can be shocked along with the rest of Reddit when elections dont go the way you expect too.
You are not answering people's perfectly reasonable questions.
You don't come across as a troll, you seem like the standard pretty ignorant and easily led person.
I didn’t say you were wrong. I just told you to read the fucking room.
Lmao "DON'T interrupt when we're jacking each other off!"
I didn’t say you were wrong. I just told you to read the fucking room.
...but you are wrong. Because I will bet my car the number of times this has happened is exponentially higher with Republicans.
Get me your pink slip because left wing judicial activism is insane
Yes, we heard all the propaganda already and it is why we have the conservative majority now who are using "originalism" AKA imaginary dead founding fathers' feels to decide case law.
It is always a projection. Reviewing all the supposed liberal case law the conservatives hate so much just shows the courts catching up to the times decades too late.
In typical fashion the conservatives felt their imaginary way of life threatened so they created a propaganda campaign to frame these late to the game, but reasonable, decisions as left wing lunacy.
This lasted for thirty years or longer but it eventually cumulated in getting multiple conservative extremist elected to SCOTUS. The liberal judicial activism was just a made up rallying cry to stack the court.
