I would like to know how you think about this. Personally, I think it's a very good ordinance. It's not enforced, but encouraged. We should correct the situation that Xitter users and Tiktokers are getting brainfucked by spreading conspiracies.

For those who didn't read, it's not an enforced cap. It's a recommendation. This is essentially just a PSA framed as an ordinance.

I think that's a very wise position. It could be testing the waters or even an attempt at setting precedent.

If it were an enforced cap, I'd be wondering who it was that had the shares in a desktop/laptop/"real computer" manufacturer—forbidding smartphones ≠ forbidding screens or Internet access.
