you don't know shit, which is why you're so confident about it. the same reason 4chan isn't worried about the age laws in the UK is the same reason Lemmy.world isn't worried about what one counsin-fucking southern yeehaw backwater in the US says is illegal.
mississippi can't do shit to Lemmy.world, even if they threw billions into lawsuits. which they can't, because since republicans can't balance a budget to save their lives, mississippi can't even afford to give the people who are forced to live there clean drinking water. but here you are, thinking the state that's last in education, in the "first world" nation that's last in education , is going to start going around the world and making them listen to what some racist white descendant of plantation owners thinks is moral. fucking hilarious. I live in the US myself, and I'm not even going to listen to this law for my instance.
You might want to do some reading about things like GDPR :). You also need to do some reading on how governments cooperate with other foreign governments.
