We are all just children in ill-fitting adult suits.
Mine seems to be defective at the knee somewhere in the back.
A young woman at work asked "You guys are adults, can you help me with this?" And that situation needed to be de-escalated.
Twenty seventeen years old.
I can't recall how French people count, but I guess it's just something like that.
Well, 97 is litterally "four twenties seventeen", soo yeah
2017
Twenty seven teen years old.
See? Still a teen ager.
Same. But I'm >50. Yet I pursued my hobbies to the fullest most of each day most of the years since I was a teen. And still do. I never "grew up". That sucks. I enjoy life and still hate having to take sleeping breaks, shopping trips or the other adult shit 😁
I feel this, and I was born in the 80s
* Me looking at my 16 year old nephew as we talk about Pokemon cards, Minecraft, and Nirvana *
Me: We are basically the same age.
Me too, but the kids of a friend think I'm cool, so I've got that going for me.

I got called "old" for being 30... I still feel like I'm in high-school.
For me it changed when I got kids. Before that I was just as young as before. But 7 years of sleep deprivation really helps with feeling too young.
I injured my back at 23, and have been using a cane off and on since then. I don’t understand this meme.
Same but 41
Nah, when I was a teen I was dealing with childhood trauma but didn't realize it til late 20s early 30s. Luckily I was then dealt a whole new unrelated trauma. So teenagehood was like 2 traumas ago.
I haven't felt like a teen since I was 14, but I was still too silly up until my mid 20s, NGL.
I teach people in their 20s. The older I get the more I realise how immature I was for so long and how long it takes to get mature. I'm at the point now of considering that the 20s are really just an extension of teenage years.
The prefrontal cortex, the brain region "implicated in executive functions, such as planning, decision making, working memory, personality expression, moderating social behavior and controlling certain aspects of speech and language" matures and develops primarily in adolescence, a process culminating at around the age of 25. 😅
