Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). 3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. 4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

That Charlie Kirk announcement video looked so Ai, dude is gonna drop dead any day

[–] TheAlbatross@lemmy.blahaj.zone 182 points 16 hours ago (23 children)

Probably why he posted an AI eulogy for Kirk

I don't know if it's completely AI...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-q1N6Akpz9c

It feels more like a really really advanced filter. Which explains why he keeps his body almost perfectly still, to the point he holds his hands together the whole time.

Those filters don't like movement, but I've literally never seen him be so still before.

Like, he filmed it, that's actually trump in the video, then they ran a deep fake filter with him with a "better" face/hands. But so it wouldn't stick out, they ran the same filter over everything else, which is why everything looks AI in the video despite no plausible reason.

It's sounds tinfoily until you remember this is trump we're talking about, he's done way worse

There’s oddness that’s also affecting the window in the background. You see it move around odd when he moves around odd.

He’s clearly covering his right hand.

At 0:19 the trees behind him shift suddenly

Oh shit, you're right. It goes dark. If you speed up the video to 2x and turn off the sound, his mouth is moving way to uniformly to be a real person.

[–] pelespirit@sh.itjust.works 21 points 14 hours ago

I'm on board with a heavy filter at the very least. I think he has the hand of a stroke victim and covering it. My theory is many, mini strokes.

Yes, the real one would be like, Charlie, great guy. Dead. Sad. I remember one time he said mister president, I really look up to you—may I see your collection of master locks?

Y’all been questioning his health for fucking ten years now.

[–] sad_detective_man@leminal.space 15 points 10 hours ago

[–] SwingingTheLamp@midwest.social 2 points 6 hours ago (1 children)

Back then, it was questions about early indicators of dementia. Wow, how wrong we were! /s

I don't ever want Trump to be assassinated, I want to watch his slow decline to madness in real time.

[–] WalrusDragonOnABike@reddthat.com 7 points 8 hours ago (2 children)

Seems kinda messed up. Assassination / public execution at least help give others in similar position a reminder that they should not cross some lines.

[–] Natanael@infosec.pub 4 points 8 hours ago

Watching a person fall apart on their own crushes their followers' motivation

At this point are we sure this isn't an animitronic wearing Trump's skin suit?

Ma boy doesn’t look good at all. Time to prepare some champagne, just in case.

[–] Sterile_Technique@lemmy.world 21 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

In all fairness, the only photos or footage I've seen of trump in which his face doesn't look like he's melting were from like the 80s.

Being a human (ish) McDonald's grease trap will do that to you.

I hope him a slow and ludicrously insane painful death with much suffering.

[–] Zorsith@lemmy.blahaj.zone 15 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

Id rather it be immediate and public. Just keels the fuck over on live TV out of nowhere so we can move on quickly.

They say "bad news comes in threes."

So I'm sure it won't happen this week.

You know what should make him feel better? A bunch of fried chicken and a big pot of coffee!

Wow he's stroking out now huh

[–] CaptainBlinky@lemmy.myserv.one 29 points 15 hours ago

Definitely looks like a stroke. Just like the posters in hospitals where they tell you to immediately notify staff if you see a face like that.
