I'm addicted to them. I just can't stop getting abortions.
"I love that healthcare (which includes abortions) is generally available while also acknowledging that there are some serious problems we have yet to solve when it comes to affordability and coverage disputes" or something along those lines is a lot more wordy. Doesn't work well with the structure of the post. They may be relying on the reader to fill in what's not there based on current events.
What about the moral considerations regarding abortions? Or is that not even supposed to be a thing anymore? 😐
That's a good point, gotta make sure they're safe and available to those who seek them. Withholding care would be pretty immoral, I agree. We've already seen people (not little clumps of cells) die this year when that access was restricted.

Even more fundamental, is that they only reason someone needs for an abortion is that they want one
“Safe, Legal, & Rare” (“beloved” certainly missing from the former US Dem party platform there)
"Women are people which means they have rights" does a better job at articulating the central point.
