Every day, it is safe to assume that Trump has done something he should be arrested for

This meeting would also correspond to the government shutdown (October 1 if a funding bill is not approved). Most likely just a coincidence but I'll put it out there just in case.

Everyone knows optimal strategic planning is to gather all your high ranking folks in one place but then also make sure you tell everyone ahead of time that all your leadership will be in that specific place and when they will be there.
And possibly more crucially, broadcast to whoever the US is fighting across the globe that leadership will be absent and probably quite busy at a very specific time...
