I'm so confused…are those actual butt plugs or weird ass mock christmas tree decorations? Both?…depending on your mood?

lmfao.

couldn't figure out how to actually embed the video posting from my phone, but figured at least an image would get the message across

It's the perfect frame (I have no idea what it's supposed to be)!

[–] Semi_Hemi_Demigod@lemmy.world 47 points 1 day ago (3 children)

At least it’s got a flared base

[–] SpaceNoodle@lemmy.world 66 points 1 day ago

Not nearly flared enough

[–] Tar_alcaran@sh.itjust.works 32 points 1 day ago

If you can fit the part in, you can fit the base in. This just makes it worse.

Way insufficient

[–] Gork@sopuli.xyz 27 points 1 day ago

Finally a way to be a hoe hoe hoe hoe

Which Threshold can you reach?

[–] Stamets@lemmy.world 40 points 1 day ago (1 children)

The one where Paris and Janeway turn into space lizards

Yes it is? Weird ass thing to claim with literally no reason

Edit: After some googling, it appears both of you have completely bought into an urban myth. No. Threshold was not decanonized at any point. No, the writing staff did not try to disown the episode. The writing staff don't get a single say on what is and isn't canon. The cast also don't get any say on what is and isn't Canon considering everyone on TNG wants Code of Honor gone and that is still canon. So...

Yes. Threshold is Canon.

What the writing team ACTUALLY said about Threshold.

I don't remember any of Wayne's world wavy lines in the episode.

[–] Endymion_Mallorn@kbin.melroy.org 1 points 1 day ago (1 children)

No, it was in a later episode where they said they'd never traveled at or about Warp 10.

But it is.

What the fuck are you people on about? You don't get to say what is and isn't canon

I was being facetious about the other "that's not canon" since once a show starts contradicting itself anything goes. But also nobody's taking my Janeway x Paris sweaty lizard sex.

[–] Stamets@lemmy.world 1 points 9 hours ago (1 children)

The thing that confused me was when I googled it a ton of people were saying it truthfully which is why I was like "Watdafuqishappening" lol sorry about that

No worries and thanks for all your posts.

The only canon episode of Star Trek is Far Beyond the Stars.

[–] Big_Boss_77@lemmynsfw.com 10 points 1 day ago

If not butt plug....why buttplug shaped?

[–] RidderSport@feddit.org 13 points 1 day ago (5 children)

What is that even supposed to be? I mean apart from the obvious butt plug

[–] bitchkat@lemmy.world 2 points 1 hour ago

A facial massager.

Department stores used to sell vibrators as facial massagers often with ads in the paper of women holding one up to their cheek.

[–] OrganicMustard@lemmy.world 16 points 1 day ago

A Christmas decoration for your butt

[–] Technofrood@feddit.uk 9 points 1 day ago

Christmas tree

[–] Valmond@lemmy.world 3 points 1 day ago

A magic travel to the hospital if you're brave enough?

[–] yoriaiko@lemmy.blahaj.zone 6 points 1 day ago

Not-A-Butt-Plug obviously.

[–] 8000gnat@reddthat.com 7 points 1 day ago (1 children)

imagine saying the phrase "screams preemptively in ER nurse" to a medieval peasant

[–] jballs@sh.itjust.works 6 points 1 day ago

They probably wouldn't get it until they shoved that Christmas tree up their ass.

[–] WagnasT@lemmy.world 10 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Before seeing these ornaments I hadn't considered that a doorknob can be shaped...ergonomically. I wonder if there are unreasonably strong springy door stoppers.

[–] burntbacon@discuss.tchncs.de 6 points 1 day ago

I'm not saying I tried it as a teenager, but I'm also not saying I didn't. Eroticas should be more careful in how they describe some of their more 'fun' beginner forays into bdsm, eh? ;)

goddamnets stamets
