I think they are. I can't find a source for this anywhere, and I'm pretty sure this person doesn't exist.
Edit: The first picture is based in reality, her name is Amanda Elise Lee, she's a model. The ashtray's been edited in and the background's been artificially blurred though. I'm pretty sure the second and third photos are completely fake though.
Edit edit: Found the original news article. The cigarette crash did happen, but it was a man in a truck that did it.

It's projection. If you showed them a rainbow or a Day of the Dead decoration, they'd get super offended and bent out of shape. And because that's how they react to things they don't like, they assume that's how everyone else reacts, too.
