I never understood slang as a kid but I'm finally starting to figure it out. By the time my kids are teenagers, I'll be a pro. They won't be able to hide anything from me.

I just don't know enough about American politicians to be able to tell that it's a joke. With the stuff we see coming out of that country, it's not unreasonable to think that was a serious tweet.
