I previously used ZHA and it worked great, until I had a new device which wasn't supported and I couldn't get the quirk to work. Bought a PoE ZigStar device and switched to Z2M (ran both simultaneously while switching over) and everything works great and is supported.

Loading phase is also a myth. Just take your recommended dose every day
You do have the file on a device... On a server, and you can play it on any client you like
They released like 9 RCs leading up to it, but even still I will wait a few days
Your wife is basically paying you rent, she should be worried about something happening to you. You're married, just put her on the title of the house.
I've ran both. Z2M is harder to set up but a lot of guides to do so. Once set up they are both pretty simple to use
