A bad leader today is better than a good leader tomorrow. Dems have had 10 years to figure out an effective strategy and developed leaders to compete against Trump, they've failed. Newsom isn't a good choice but he's the only one whose shown any effective strategy against Trump. Wtf are we supposed to do? Keep waiting while Republicans dismantle the fuel of law, democracy and the entire framework the country function on?

So somewhere they feel safe to do so. Says something pretty fucked up about our culture that men don't feel safe to open up anywhere. And no, it's not their own fault.
