You can find most of these in the DPRK's 2019 constitution.
Yeah, and of course everything in a constitution is true...
In the case of the DPRK, regarding social guarantees, the government does its best to meet these. Despite overwhelming sanctions, the DPRK has done very well for itself in that context.
