- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Fuck them for giving up. Sure CA can nullify things but the GOP will still have the majority.
You going to pay their bills for their stay? Because Beto was going to and the court denied that.
Grow up.
What are YOU doing?
They didn't give up, though; they got what they wanted so they're going back.
No they didn't. The GOP will just bring this up again, but this time they have warrants and they won't be able to leave the state or stall it the next time.
I mean it's not a conclusive end to the fiasco, but right now the ball is in the GOP's court and until they do something there's no play but return.
The ball is in their court. Exactly. Liberals keep giving the game back to republicans and act smarmy about it. You didn't do anything, this wasnt a win, Newsom gerrymandering California isnt a fucking fix.
Why even care about this if the only outcome that is acceptable is "nothing happens but republicans still get free reign to enact their agenda" or maybe "republicans get to enact their agenda but only if we also do the same"
The fascists are ruining america and liberals keep bending over backwards to give them excuses. All this grand gesture shit is dead weight, they should've done something before letting the treasonous felon run for re-election. Failed state is failed. You're demanding negotiations with slaveholders in 1860. Go to war.
