I would also like to know. Because even though it's absolutely true he was probably mocking someone or something. Not like he's trying to admit his cultists are morons
I think he actually is
He's dumb enough to do so
And his cultists are dumb enough to let him get away with it even if they actually learned about it.
Thing is, I don't think he himself is smart enough to understand that he can mock them. 🥴
