Are you loyal though? are you still with your first partner ever? or have you switched at some point? do you still have to be loyal to them?
relationships change, thats normal and natural. why stay with someone because of loyalty? did you swear an oath on your first date?

That's the monogamous toxicity.
if you're not happy with your mare you should inform them. that's communication. you mention that like a massive ultimatum, but it is the bare minimum. The same way that you should tell all your prospective partners that you will only have sex for children, so they will have sex with you between zero and maybe three times in your life.
Do you tell that to your partners on the first date? Because if you withold that, then it is you who began the relationship cheating with lies. And those are the lies that killed the relationship, not the partner your tricked into dating you or marrying you trying to fulfill unmet needs.

Go read about asexuality. you might be one. for many sex and intimacy is a need like food.
I spend a week without it, and I can't sleep or focus, it's just a normal biological need. you don't need it, good for you. but don't set up arbitrary rules and force them on everyone because you don't like sex.

My only regret is that as a man, no matter who much I get bred, I cant get pregnant for an abortion. I'll keep trying though.
