I was under the impression that everyone in North Korea basically lived in underground bunkers, with above ground having monuments to Kim Jong Un.

To be fair, the DPRK are tunnel-maxxers, similar to Hamas, due to the legacy of Statesian bombing campaigns during the Korean War.

Remeber when some US news rag or something said Hamas created the tunnel system. Me and my friends had a laugh at that.
