Maybe the plan should be to destroy fossil fuel infrastructure via Ecotage/eco-sabotage.
Maybe we can weaken and start dismantling the fascist government following the guidelines of the CIA's Citizen Sabotage Field Manual from 1944.
Maybe we eat the rich.
So instead of asking what the plan is sarcastically, try asking it genuinely. Just because an answer sounds ridiculous and difficult, doesn't mean it will fail. The discussion needs to lead towards finding which plan would be most effective and why/why not.

Although you've got several in here and a lot of "maybes"
