They are if they don't want to risk losing the trademark.
You do not have to sue traders selling competitors products, holding up shippings of competitors products, sueing competitors for producing the same products and dont have to sue for people labling all of these products with your brand. Tempo doesnt, clinex doesnt, fregidairs didnt, bandade doesnt/didnt
You are listing companies that have lost their trade mark protection? To prove that you don't have to protect your trade mark?
